As a customer's prime contact within LNK, the customer service representative works with their customer on a daily basis, keeping them apprised of product status, helping to establish timelines, obtaining whatever information the customer requires, coordinating internally and tracking schedules so product shipments arrive on time at the proper destination.
They are more than facilitators and problem solvers; they are their customers' in-house advocates and their mission is to make sure everything goes smoothly.
